The product, in the report: Bob Revolution Flex 2016
Bob Single Stroller bottom harness latch broke off when me child was in the seat. (also happened to sister in law double bob stroller) No longer able to utilize 3 point harness properly and stroller not usable. I contacted BOB and since the stroller is out of warranty they offered 30% off a new liner which would include a new harness. I was a bit shocked that they did not offer the liner for free as this was a safety issue and my child could of been severely hurt if the strolled had flipped and the harness tore off. This would have been even worst if we were running with the stroller.

The product, in the report: Bob Revolution Flex running stroller manufactured 8-11-15. Model OR P 000032170. Serial EC 042976
Have a Bob Revolution Flex running stroller [manufacture date 8/2015]. After reading the [REDACTED] article, I checked the front wheel and was alarmed to see that it was loose. Followed instructions when setting up the stroller, have had bicycles my entire life and I’m quite comfortable using quick connect bolts for wheels. I’ve never had one get loose before.
I attempted to contact [REDACTED] to request a free replacement bolt (per their agreement with the CPSC) but did not hear from them for >72 hours, at which point I called them. According to the representative, they will send me a new bolt.

The product, in the report: BOB Revolution CE, black and grey
I was jogging along and ran over a bump and the front wheel of my stroller popped off. The stroller went vertical, I slammed into it, but I was going slow enough that I luckily didn’t topple over the top. My little one was strapped in and fine since I was able to stop the stroller from falling all the way over.

The product, in the report: BOB Revolution Jogging Stroller (single)
I have a BOB revolution single stroller. I was running down a paved incline on a jogging trail when the front tire popped off. The stroller flipped forward, landing on the handle. My son was shaken up with a few scratches, but thankfully the harness kept him from suffering further harm. I was yanked forward as the stroller flipped with enough force to pull me to the ground. I had a few scrapes on my knees, but otherwise was okay.
At the time, I had no idea why the wheel had popped off. I only just learned this is a more widespread issue and I felt it important to report the problem.

The product, in the report: BOB Ironman Single Jogging Stroller in Navy
Yesterday, April 20, 2018 I was running with my 1 year old in the Bob Ironman jogging stroller. I saw something fly off the front of the stroller and slowed down. I then realized the front wheel was only in place held by the brake. The locking mechanism (not sure what is called some sort of bolt?) had completely detached and was about 20 feet behind me. The other part that it keeps it attached was no where to be found. Thankfully I had slowed down otherwise the front wheel would have come completely off and the stroller most likely would have flipped. I bought this stroller around Christmas 2014.

The product, in the report: Bob iron man running stroller
Bob iron man stroller. Manufactured in 2012. In storage for 15 mos of that time while I was deployed. Stored indoors otherwise. I’ve never even needed to change a tire yet. Running with my 2 year old the other day. Safety strap between legs ripped while she was being fussy. SHE FELL OUT WHILE I WAS RUNNING CAUSING ME TO RUN OVER HERS LEGS AS I COULDNT AVOID THE COLLISION! I have since read hundreds of complaints about the seat safety strap ripping and Bob/Britax doesn’t seem to care. A child is going to sustain a head injury. As it is, my daughter has scrapes on her arms, hands, knees AND FACE! And now she’s scared of the stroller!

The product, in the report: Bob revolution Se Duallie 2011
Our Bob Revolution Dualie SE 2011 model harness straps on both side basically disenegrated along with the same material strap on the back of the stroller that holds the seats tight. My boys literally almost fell out of the front of it as they new it had happened before I did because I couldn’t see them while I was pushing the stroller. This should NEVER happen with stroller harnesses let alone a running stroller! After researching this issue I see I am not the only one but there are hundreds of incidences exactly like mine all over the Internet with absolutely no help from BoB Gear aside from being told to purchase an entire new seat costing $189 dollars after you’ve already paid $600 for their stroller. This is clearly a stroller DEFECT and wrong material used for a top of the line outdoor jogging stroller

The product, in the report: Double Stroller
07/15/2016 (Approximately) - The consumer placed her son in the double stroller and buckled him to the seat. Approximately two minutes later, the consumer’s son broke through the harness of the buckle when the fabric tore off. The consumer’s son is two years and ten months old.
The consumer has been unable to use the stroller as she is concerned her son may fall from it.
08/12/2016 - The consumer contacted the manufacturer and explained the situation. The representative she spoke to informed her that her unit was no longer under warranty and so they could not provide any assistance free of charge. The consumer asked to speak to a Supervisor; she was informed they would have that person call her back.
08/23/2016 - Having yet heard from a Supervisor, the consumer contacted the manufacturer back; they would not transfer her. They offered her a discount should she decide to replace her item.
The consumer states that, on average, she used her stroller two to three times a week.
The consumer plans on keeping the unit for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.

The product, in the report: Britax BOB Revolution stroller
o Whom This May Concern-
My wife and I bought the Britax BOB Revolution from REI about 7 months ago for our daughter who is now 9 months old. When I went to take her out of it today after a walk I found that the button that releases the two side straps was missing. After looking more closely I found that she was sitting on it. Please see the attached photo.
I don’t have to tell you how serious a situation this could have been if she had found this small piece of plastic during our walk and swallowed it.
We hadn’t noticed anything wrong with it prior to today. The only thing that occurred that was out of the norm was that I mistakenly had the center clasp that this button is in reversed when I first put her in the stroller and tried to clip her in. I noticed that the clips didn’t seem right and realized what I did so I pulled them out and reversed the center clasp so it was in the correct position and then clipped her in. Not sure if this caused the button to fall out but if so it could easily happen to anyone. I’m very good with straps, ratchets, clips, etc. because of my line of work so it’s not as though I’m unfamiliar with these types of things.
We are obviously concerned for our daughter’s wellbeing as well as that of other children that ride in the same stroller.
Please let me know that you received this email and that the appropriate people are informed of what occurred.
Thank you, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] cell

Emergency room Made Jun 24, 2013, sent to the company Jul 1, 2013, published by CPSC Jul 16, 2013
The product, in the report: Bob Revolution SE stroller, model number ST1024, manufacture date: 01-22-2013
I was walking my 13 month old baby in my Bob Revolution stroller (Model Number ST1024; manufacture date 01-22-2013).
I stepped slightly wrong on my right foot and lightly gripped the stroller handle for balance. Suddenly, and without warning, the stroller accelerated downward. I landed very hard on my right knee and right ankle. The stroller completely flipped over and my baby was hanging upside down. There is no way to prevent this because of the design of the stroller. Even if I had let the stroller go (which would have been dangerous for my baby) there is a wrist band that you are required to wear which pulls the stroller over.
I went to the emergency room and got X-rays, pain medication, an [REDACTED] bandage, a boot and crutches. One week later (today), I am still in pain. My right knee cap also hurts and my right knee is bruised and scraped. In addition, my left knee and left hand are scraped. I have an appointment with an orthopedist tomorrow.
In addition to the physical injuries, it was very emotionally upsetting to see my baby hanging upside down and in danger.
The company has knowledge that the stroller is at risk of tipping over, but still puts it on the market.

First aid Made Sep 25, 2012, sent to the company Oct 3, 2012, published by CPSC Oct 25, 2012
The product, in the report: BOB Sport Utility Jogging Stroller, Blue and Grey in color, purchased at REI
I had my son in our BOB sport utility stroller for an afternoon run. We had run about 2 miles when I noticed the stroller was making a strange noise. I thought maybe the shocks had went out when I went through a bumpy area of the neighborhood. Then as I was running down a hill at about 2.5 miles the front tire flew off the stroller. The forks at the front of the stroller, that hold the tire in place, were forced downward into the pavement. This pitched the stroller forward and my son was sent flying head/face first with the stroller still strapped to him, in to the pavement. I had to do everything in my power not to come smashing down on top of the stroller and my son. My son had a large contusion on his forehead and his nose was scraped from the tip all the way up to the bridge. He still has a knot and bruising on his forehead and the scrape on his nose. After making sure my son did not require a trip to the emergency room, we examined the stroller. The front wheel has a bolt/quick release that holds it in the fork. That bolt was bent at about a 45 degree angle on the right hand side. Also when examining the fork we noticed there was an adjustment screw that had broken off and was gone. We immediately contacted the company to tell them what happened. They basically have accused us of not checking the stroller before use (which we always do and had done that day) and saying it is our fault. They are asking us to take the stroller back to the REI where we purchased it and that REI is in another state. They also are not taking our son’s injuries seriously at all.

The product, in the report: Bob Revolution- Navy color Jogging Stroller
I have a Graco Snugride 35 Car seat that I use in my Bob Revolution stroller. During a shopping trip yesterday I had placed my child in his car seat and in the stroller. It was raining out so I used the Bob stroller hood cover so he wouldn’t get wet. I have had this stroller for almost a year now. When I walked into the store I pulled the hood down and noticed my 9 month old son gagging on something. I pried his mouth open and dug a huge chunk of fabric out of his throat. He could have died. I examined the material and saw the shape of part of the bob logo. I looked around the stroller for a logo and finally noticed underneath the hood there is a reverse bob logo but there is a large piece of fabric that is loose it looked like if someone had placed a sheet of the logo and forgot to pull the excess lining of the logo off.
