The product, in the report: BOB jogging stroller, purchased new in 2019 from Bed, Bath, and Beyond
Jogging with 10 month old infant in a BOB stroller (Britax) purchased in 2019 when front wheel suddenly locked causing the stroller to flip forward and the jogger to flip over the stroller’s handle bars. Jogger sustained injuries to shins, shoulder, elbow. Infant sustained small bruise to forehead. Fortunately the shade was down which likely prevented further injury to infant.

The product, in the report: Bob Revolution Jogging Stroller
My Bob Stroller literally fell apart while I was strolling my infant son in it. We were strolling on the sidewalk and the parts holding the shocks together fell to the ground, the stroller collapsed, leaving me to catch my son from hitting the concrete. I had my husband put it back together, and within weeks it happened again. I took the stroller into a certified repair facility and they replaced the shocks, AT MY COST, because the stroller was one month out of warranty. This was only after I discussed the problem I was having on the phone with the Bob company, who were very defensive and said I wasn’t using the stroller properly! Really? So “strolling” isn’t proper usage? And my child nearly falling 3 feet to the ground -- TWICE -- is acceptable? Wow. I was shocked.
