The product, in the report: Jogging stroller
My wife was using our B.O.B. Revolution SE stroller to go for a run with my 2 year old. She was about a mile into her run and a mile away from the house. She was running down the road and onto a trail when the front tire came off suddenly. This caused the stroller to nosedive and flip, and her to go over top of the stroller. Thankfully she and my 2 year old escaped with minor scrapes and bruises, but it could have easily been a whole lot worse. There was no one around to help. She had to leave the stroller and walk back to the house, as the impact from the accident had bent the bolt on the front tire. Someone can seriously be hurt when this happens and for the price you pay for these strollers, they need to be recalled.

Hurt, no treatment Made Mar 28, 2018, sent to the company Jun 15, 2018, published by CPSC Jun 29, 2018
The product, in the report: BOB Revolution SE Duallie Stroller
We own a Bob Revolution Duallie SE Duallie Stroller. While running with my three-year old son, the fabric on the harness snapped as he turned back to look up at me and he suffered a minor thumb injury. The injury could have been much worse, however. He was properly restrained in the harness, but when the harness restraint snapped he could have fallen out of the stroller or seriously injured his head or face by striking it on the stroller.

The product, in the report: Bob revolution ce, plum
My 17 month old daughter’s finger got caught in the hinge when raising the shade. The skin was broken but luckily the bones were ok. It seems like potential for a serious injury including broken fingers.
