No one hurt Made Dec 8, 2018, sent to the company Mar 21, 2019, published by CPSC Apr 11, 2019
The product, in the report: BOB Revolution Flex Running Stroller batch number: P000032648
We have the BOB Revolution Flex running stroller. When running with the front wheel in the “locked” position. The lock will gradually work its way up, suddenly releasing the wheel to “swivel” mode. This creates an unsafe, often times violent jerk of the stroller that could lose control or flip with the child in the stroller.

Hurt, no treatment Made Oct 25, 2018, sent to the company Nov 16, 2018, published by CPSC Dec 3, 2018
The product, in the report: Double seat stroller
Caller says that front wheel of the stroller falls off while in use. Caller says that it has happened multiple time. Caller says that last week the wheel popped off while going down a bridge. Both children fell out of the stroller and face first onto the concreate. There were knots on there heads. No medical treatment was required.
10/24/18 Caller was running with the stroller on a trail when the wheel popped off again. Caller says that both the children fell face first into the trail and he flipped over the stroller landing on top of them. Caller also sustained minor injuries to his knee during the incident. No medical treatment was required.
Caller spoke with the manufacturer and they informed him that he did not lock the swivel in place, therefore he did not follow the user guild and they cannot assist him with a refund of the product. Caller says that he cannot run with the stroller if you lock the swivel in place. He is only able to go in a strait line while it is locked in place any curve along sidewalk very difficult while running.
Caller believes this product is a safety hazard.
