The product, in the report: Britax B-Free Stroller Manufacture date: 1/8/2018 Serial #: U711903 009852 Batch #: P000052768
I have a Britax B-Free Stroller (Manufacture date: 1/8/2018, Serial #: U711903 009852, Batch #: P000052768), which I purchased in December 2018, and began using after my daughter’s birth on [REDACTED]. Two months after purchasing the stroller, each time I folded the stroller, the front wheel would fall off. The first time I remember this happening is listed as the incident date, below. The wheel also fell off at least two times while pushing my daughter in the stroller when there was a bump or divet in the sidewalk. Once, this happened while attempting to cross the street, which if not for an adult who helped me make it across the street to reinstall the wheel, would have been much more dangerous. I called Britax to request a new stroller and was told they were out of my model. A week later, I called back and they said they would send us a new wheel, having just gotten more in stock, and implying this was an issue that multiple people have had. When I first called, they gave no indication that this was a common defect or a warning to discontinue using the stroller until they could send a replacement wheel.
