The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Kids II - Disney Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper

On the “Piano Module Assembly with Bead Chaser” area of the activity chair, my granddaughter was playing with the “green musical note” piece on the bead chaser and got her left index finger stuck in the hole where the note slides on the chaser. She cried out and could not get it out. I had to manipulate the “green musical note” piece so her finger could be released. The plastic from the “green musical note” piece gave her a small cut on her left index finger. This happened right in front of me. Thankfully I was right there to get her finger out. If she had moved her hand more to try to get her finger out she would have been cut much worse. I have included pictures of the activity jumper, the “green musical note” piece that caused the injury, and her cut on her left index finger.
