Hurt, no treatment Made Jul 17, 2026, sent to the company Jul 23, 2026, published by CPSC Aug 6, 2026
The product, in the report: Ogears Montessori Baby Pull Up Bar, Montessori Small Mirror is Suitable for Babies Aged 6 to 18 Months, Infants Registry Item, 19.7 * 15.8 inches
Installed baby pullup bar with provided screws and anchors. Install was successful and flush to the wall. However, when used the first time by my child the drywall anchors and screws sent were not sturdy enough to hold the bar in the wall when used. The bar came out of the wall and smacked my baby in the head. No major injury other than a medium sized bump on the head. The screws came out as well and could very easily be ingested.
