The product, in the report: Oball bouncer, the colors red yellow and blue, with toy attachments.
My 6 months that old was playing in his oball bouncer when he pulled off a part and ended up choking on it. He was using it the way it was supposed to be used. The part that came off was not supposed to come off. If I didn’t dislodge the piece from his throat he would have died. There is no recall or warning on the product.
