The product, in the report: http://www.littletikes.com/kids-toys/5-in-1-adjustable-gym.

My 20 Month old named [REDACTED] got his leg stuck just above his knee cap in the Little Tikes 5-in-1 Adjustable Gym yesterday. I was not able to get it out and had to call 911. Three Firefighters where not able to pry it open to release his leg nor where they able to cut the plastic in order for them to get it out. We also tried greasing his leg hoping that would help release it. The firefighters ended up getting “the jaws of life” out in order to spread the toy just enough to get his leg out.

My son’s leg is fine, no broke bones or skin just bruising has happened. I just wanted to let my story be told before something much worse happened to another child.
