Fisher Price Little Superstar, Step and Play piano: The piano has “toys” attached with flexible semi-rigid plastic - This plastic broke off when my daughter played with it. On this toy, these toys are designed to be played with and moved around, however, the plastic “wore down” and eventually snapped. It left a sharp piece at the end that scratched my daughter in the face and a sharp piece still attached to the toy
