The product, in the report: Fisher price laugh and learn 3-in 1 on the go camper. 10 lbs, 16.14 in (height) x 24.01 in (W) x 9.05 in (D).
I bought the Fisher Price Laugh & Learn 3-in 1 on the go camper for my 9 month old son. He loves using this toy, but when he pulls up on the handle he falls over due to the base of the camper being unable to support his weight while he is pulling up. My son is only 15 lbs (bottom of the weight chart for his age) and I am concerned since this toy is marketed for 9-36mo, but is extremely dangerous since we have to hold camper down from the side opposite of the handle when he starts pulling up on it so he is not continuously falling while trying to play with this toy. This is a serious issue with the manufacturing of this product for this age group. Please assist.

The product, in the report: FISHER PRICE RAINFOREST JUMPEROO
My baby fell out of her jumperoo. She was jumping in it and i guess the metal tab became un-notched and the strap slid off! She weighed around 14lbs and had not been walking or standing unassisted at that time. It fell sideways and she was almost tossed out but not completely since her legs were still in the seat. I called fisher price and they’re refunding me and they had me send them the seat part. I thought it was a freak accident but i googled and many people had the same experience. My baby is barely on the weight and height curve at 10 months old so she’s not overly big. There is no misuse on our end and they didn’t insinuate it.

Hurt, no treatment Made Jan 11, 2017, sent to the company Jan 27, 2017, published by CPSC Feb 17, 2017
The product, in the report: Fisher Price Rain Forest Jumperoo
Infant was jumping in the Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo. One of the straps that holds the seat upright worked it’s way loose due to a poorly designed locking mechanism. Infant toppled over and struck his head on the floor. After looking at the item to see how this occurred, it is clearly a design flaw. A smooth swinging metal bar is guided through a strap and then closed to a locked position. This is supposed to keep the strap locked in. However when the seat is bouncing due to a child jumping, the metal bar flexes and can create a small gap in which the strap can work itself out of the open end of the metal bar thus causing the whole system to become unstable.

My baby has a bloody toe! I could not figure out what she could have cut her toe on. When I went to get her out of the Fisher-Price Superstar Step ‘N Play Piano I looked underneath her and there was blood all over the piano keys on the base of toe.

The product, in the report: Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo
My 5 1/2 month old was playing in Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo facing the sound, lights and toys activity when she turned the blue elephant and it snapped back on her other hand with force, smashing her fingers. There is about an eighth of an inch clearance between the plastic support and the elephant toy.

First aid Made Jul 31, 2012, sent to the company Aug 13, 2012, published by CPSC Sep 4, 2012
The product, in the report: Fisher Price Jump for lights and music. This toy is multicolored the cushion is orange with different colored kangaroos on it. This toy plays music Has a 3 toys located in the front.
While my son was jumping in the in his jumper as his normal routine the toy collapsed and my son fell he hit his head on the wall at eight months old. My husband and I stopped letting our son use this toy because we felt it was very unsafe. I don’t believe any child should use this product, their injury might be far worst that our sons. The location of the cause of the collapse is located on the legs of the toy you are supposed to hear it lock into place . We always made sure it was locked correctly. It just happened from no where. It was a scary experience.

The product, in the report: Laugh & Learn Jumperoo
I had my son in a Fisher Price jumperoo model number M8930 Manufacture date 1052Q2. It has three puzzle pieces shaped like vegetables that are attached by a green piece of material. At the end of the green material there is a fold that is sewn in that is attached to a slot on the main saucer. I turned around and looked at my son and he had pulled the whole carrot piece off with the attached piece of material and was trying to put it in his mouth. It is enough material that if he began to swallow it, it could cause an airway obstruction. I can provide pictures of the item if needed. I believe this is a serious potential choking hazard and this item needs to be attached more securely.

The product, in the report: Infant playmat with overhead gym The model number K4562.
While playing on her Fisher Price Rainforest Playmat with overhead gym, my daughter was able to collapse the gym using her feet. The arches pushed together and fell to the floor and the mat folded in half like a taco (it is made to fold in half for storage). Her head was stuck inside and her feet were sticking out. The instructions say to push the arches together for storage and while this is a helpful storage feature, it seems a design flaw since there is no way to lock it open when it is in use (I just re-read the instructions to make sure I had not assembled it incorrectly and had my husband examine it, too). My child is under 6 months old and was strong enough to push the arches together with her feet making them fall to the floor and the mat part fold in half covering her head.

The product, in the report: Fisher price space saver bounce and spin
The fisher price space saver spin and bounce toy is very unsafe. We purchased the toy on Nov 20 and almost immediately it was unsafe. The base and toy easily separated on numerous occasions, including one time when our child was in the toy. This causes the toy to collapse and become unstable. We attempted to contact Fisher Price to resolve the issues. Unfortunately we are stationed in Japan and unable to call them during their convenient times. I sent two emails to convey this message and we didn’t receive a return call.

I have a 9month old baby and he was enjoying his Fisher Price “Luv U Zoo Jumperoo”, product #V0206, as he always does since we bought this bouncer when he was 5months old. As any responsible parent, when I built this I did it following the instructions and making sure everything was right in its place. And today I found out that Fisher Price forgot to remind me to take out a small but very dangerous plastic sheet that was on the bouncer or that the piece that came off gets defective after being use. Thanks to God nothing major happened, but our baby scare me and my wife in a way I never thought would happen. This product has a mirror in it and that mirror had a very thin protective plastic sheet that until today it looked as part of the mirror. Of course my curious baby found out the wrong way that the plastic sheet did indeed was supposed to come off. All this in front of my wife, who didn’t knew what was happening until she saw our boy coughing and putting his finger on his mouth like he was trying to get something out. We tried to figure out what’s going on when he starts throwing up and we thought it was a natural reaction to putting his finger down his throat, but he kept coughing and throwing up more and that’s when we realize there’s something wrong. All this happens in less than 20 seconds, so we take him in our arms to see what’s going on when I see a piece of plastic coming out of his mouth and quickly use my fingers to take it out. We couldn’t believe what has just happened, our baby was on what we thought was one of the safest place he could be, but he had manage to grab something he shouldn’t and almost choke with it. As we start asking ourselves how did that happened, I took a good look at what has just come out of my baby’s mouth just to realize that it had always been there since day 1. The mirror on the bouncer had it all the time. I think I recall taking off a protective plastic from that mirror when I build the bouncer. That one I think had a red line indicating that there’s was something there that needed to come off before a baby could use it. The one my baby almost swallow is a perfect circle, transparent, clear. That’s why I’m reporting this. The bouncer’s mirror is not safe and it’s plastic coating comes off after being use for a while creating an extremely dangerous choking hazard for babies.
