Hurt, no treatment Made Mar 25, 2017, sent to the company Apr 3, 2017, published by CPSC Apr 17, 2017
The product, in the report: Baby jumper with seat and activities. The seat spins around for the baby to play with toys in all directions but it is also a jumper.
My child was jumping in this jumper and one of the straps that connect the elastic to the seat housing broke. There were 3 still connected but the seat flipped almost upside down with the baby face down. He hit his head which left a red mark, but ultimately he was okay.

No one hurt Made Jan 27, 2017, sent to the company Apr 11, 2017, published by CPSC Apr 25, 2017
The product, in the report: Disney baby finding nemo jumper/bouncer
I have a Disney baby finding Nemo jumper my son has been using it twice a week for the past four months. Today when I placed him inside of the jumper I noticed it was lopsided, I checked all the settings everything looked fine except this one side was still lopsided as I inspected the whole jumper I noticed one of the ropes that holds the bouncer together and the baby inside was almost completely severed. I immediately called the company. Then after calling the company I did some investigation on recalled products this jumper was nowhere to be found on recalled products but on some other sites I found the same situation has happened to several mothers several babies have fallen out , several moms have noticed the same thing and how they exact same situation happened. Why have they not recall this product if the same situation is happening to mothers all across America why are they not recalling this product my baby could’ve fallen out he could’ve hit his head we have a hardwood floor anything could’ve happened luckily I was attentive enough to notice something was wrong with the bouncer/jumper . If you could get this product recalled it would be great!

The product, in the report: Baby Einstein [REDACTED]
My six-month daughter was sitting in the seat of the [REDACTED] holding the fish attachment ( which was the replacement for the recalled the sun toy attachment). When she let go it’s long back and hit her in the face next to her eye, resulting in a scratch and small bump at the corner of her eye. It will most probably bruise as well.

Seen by a doctor or nurse Made Oct 8, 2011, sent to the company Oct 18, 2011, published by CPSC Nov 1, 2011
The product, in the report: Baby Einstein Musical Motion 2-in-1 Satationary Jumper and Entertainer made by Disney/Baby Einstein made by reg no 08T-0349403
Our 8 Month old was playing with the little sunshine wabble toy that came as an attachment to the Baby Einstein Musical Motion Jumper. After a few minutes of swatting he started grabbing the sunshine and bending it in all directions. He bent the sunshine all the way back and in the process of leaning forward for a closer look he let go and the sunshine came back and hit him above his right eye brown. This hard plastic piece hit with enough force to cause my little boy to have a frontal linear fracture to his skull. He has a HUGE lump above his eye and our doctor says it may not completely heal for months. I was sitting only a few feet from my child in what was suppose to be a safe place for him to play. He is so explorative and I understand accidents will happen, but the weight and capability of such a toy is unacceptable. I removed the toy immediately, but am to scared to place my child back in the bouncy at all. I only hope we can prevent this from happening to another little one and hope that no other mothers have to experience such an aweful and unforseen event.
