  1. No one hurt

Made Sep 22, 2026, sent to the company Sep 25, 2026, published by CPSC Oct 9, 2026

The product, in the report: Evenflo Shyft DualRide Preemie and Infant Car Seat Stroller Combo with Carryall Storage Bag and SensorSafe Technology, 3-30 lbs (Boone Gray)

Our Evenflo DualRide Shyft car seat handle completely broke out of socket while carrying it with our child inside the seat. There seems a plastic mechanism inside the handle that a screw screws into from the outside and the plastic piece broke without consumer fault and the screw came out of the handle while carrying making our child fall. Child was well within the weight limits. Child couldve been hurt.

The product, in the report: Evenflo Revolve 360 Extend Carseat with Sensor Safe chest clip

My child handed me a button battery that was in their carseat. Upon further inspection, we realized that the sensor safe chest clip had malfunctioned and come apart, which allowed the button battery to fall into the car seat.

Made May 27, 2026, sent to the company Jun 1, 2026, published by CPSC Jun 15, 2026

The product, in the report: Evenflo gold revolve 360 carseat with the safe sensor clip.

The safe sensor on the evenflo gold revolve 360 carseat came open, the tiniest screw is suppose to hold in a button battery that is also loose and not secure. Thankfully I found it before my 11 month old son did. This seems like such a huge design flaw. I do not trust putting it back together, the tiny screw isnt going to hold up. This is a serious choking hazard or could be fatal. Others need to be made aware of this issue. Apparently its happened to a few other people in the mom groups im in on [REDACTED].

Made May 9, 2026, sent to the company May 28, 2026, published by CPSC Jun 11, 2026

The product, in the report: Evenflo Gold Revolve360 Extend with SensorSafe. Moonstone color.

I was using an Evenflo Gold Revolve360 car seats with SensorSafe. On the back of the chest clip there is a [REDACTED] chip and a small round battery, covered by a small plastic cover attached to the chest clip with a tiny screw.

Today, when my husband was putting my 23-month-old daughter in the car seat, he noticed the [REDACTED] chip and battery were in the seat of the car seat. I later found the plastic cover in the seat as well. We were using the car seat per the manual instructions, and have been using this car seat for almost a year and a half. It is in good condition. It was manufactured in August 2024.

The battery and [REDACTED] chip coming loose was highly unexpected and very concerning. My daughter could have easily reached down near her bottom and grabbed the battery or chip. Both are choking hazards, and the button battery is also highly corrosive and can cause serious GI damage. I reported the issue to Evenflo on 5/9/2026.

The product, in the report: Evenflo Revolve360 Slim (SensorSafe chest clip) Car seat in purple. GOLD REVOLVE360 SLIM AMET

The button battery fell out of the chest clip on my Evenflo Revolve 360 Slim car seat, making it accessible to my child. This creates a serious ingestion hazard, as button batteries can cause severe internal injuries if swallowed.

We have never opened or tampered with the battery compartment and do not use the SensorSafe feature, so this was not due to user error. The compartment appears to have failed on its own.

I discovered the loose battery before my child accessed it, but this could easily result in serious harm if unnoticed.

The product, in the report: Evenflo Pivot Modular Travel System With SafeMax Car Seat

I would like to report the “Evenflo Pivot Modular Travel System With SafeMax Car Seat”. After only a handful of uses the front wheel turns and the stroller makes a squeaky sound. When I put the car seat in the base, it only clicks on one side and if I do not push it all the way in, the car seat won’t click into place. I didn’t notice this until I heard a click after driving for thirty minutes and noticed that the car seat wasn’t clicked into the base all the way. I then went to their website and read the reviews of people having the same issue. This product is unsafe and should be recalled.

The product, in the report: Evenflo all4one all in one convertible car seat

Nothing has happened yet. Evenflo released a new car seat, the Evenflo all4one all in one car seat. The level swings around like absolute crazy. When you’re going up or down even a tiny hill it goes completely red. I had to sit back in the backseat with my 3month old the entire way home. The added in cushions have no weight requirements so I have no idea what my child even needs to be using. The instruction manual is extremely vague. I just have no idea if this is even safe. The section of level for a rear facing child under 20kg is the size of a [REDACTED] piece of paper.

The product, in the report: Safemax Infant Car Seat that came with Evenflo Pivot Xpand Modular Travel System purchased on 3/8/2020 Model Safemax ICS 24505261

Hi I’m reaching out because I have a Evenflo Pivot Xpand Modular Travel System with Safemax Infant Car Seat purchased on 3/8/2020 and the car seat buckle just broke without any reason. We were just buckling my daughter in like normal and it fell apart completely. I’m really disappointed and frightened that it was so easy to fall apart. That is such a big safety concern. We have only used it for four months.

I picked my car seat up with my 2 month old in it, and while walking out of my door the handle of the carseat became unlocked and I almost dropped the baby and the carseat.
