    The product, in the report: Britax willow S car seat travel system Model/Modelo : FA03322 Batch/Lote : P000109547 Serial/Serie : FA03322004597 Manufactured in/Fabricado en: Expires/Expira : 01/31

The Britex car seat Brooks S plus travel system is dangerous. The rebar is made of metal and its on the base that stays in the car that you connect the car seat to that get extremely hot. I live in Georgia and its gotten really warm on my baby feet to the point where I had to cool it down before use as you cant put anything on it or then it could be unsafe to travel. The base and car seat get stuck so you have to wiggle it out and the metal rebar smashed my baby foot trying to get it out as I was by myself and had to leave the baby in. The car seat got stuck to the stroller and a stranger had to help me use excessive force to get it out. Again in by myself so if this is the seat for my baby to safely ride in the car in where do I put her to pull the base out.

The product, in the report: Britax B-Safe Elite Car Seat

We have a Britax B-Safe Elite car seat. The button used to loosen the straps that secure an infant is located where the infant’s heel rests and it is the perfect shape for an infant heel to rest. Additionally, the button does not require much force to depress it. So, when an infant starts to squirm and presses his or her heel down on the button while lifting their upper body the result is the loosening of the straps intended to keep the infant secure and safe in the car seat. It does not completely loosen, but it will loosen an a couple inches with our child, and I imagine it is different depending on the size of the child.

We called Britax to report this occurring and they said there was nothing they could do about the defective design, and if there was an incident they would have their legal department handle it.

The product, in the report: Britax stripper and car seat, black .

my daughter is in the stroller with the car seat on top, I’m jogging in the park and I hit a crack and the car seat fell to the side. The little piece that connects the car seat to the stroller broke. I couldn’t even use it as a whole anymore. At that time my daughter was not big enough to just be in the stroller so I had to just carry the car seat. Spent about $430 and it broke within a few months.

I was leaving a restaurant with my aunt and niece and picked up the handle of my daughters car seat when the handle flew toward her feet. I registered her car seat which the label on the car seat says it was manufactured in 2015, but the email they sent says the car seat was manufactured in 2016 which doesn’t make sense to me. This is a replacement car seat because the handle of my original car seat flew towards my daughters feet when I picked the car seat up by the handle. Both times my daughter was buckled in, had she not been my daughter would have been seriously injured or worse.

Report #[REDACTED] also pertains to me.

I have purchased a Britax B-safe infant seat and Britax B-nimble stroller recently. Both of them are new.

I found that the B-safe child seat and B-nimble do fit on the latches. However the latches do not actually lock and the child seat might fall off the stroller. This appears to be a very serious safety issue.
