The product, in the report: Toy rattle Innocent Fantasy Toy

My 2 1/2 MONTH old granddaughter was holding a rattle and put it in her mouth and the toy got stuck in her mouth. My daughter had a hard time getting it back out. She said it seemed like it was being held in her mouth by suction rather than being lodged in her mouth. I have a video of the incident but can’t upload it in this form because it’s in the wrong kind of format. Maybe I can email it instead? Bought toy from TEMU. My daughter may still have original packaging with more information. Her name is [REDACTED] (the baby’s mom)
