The product, in the report: round rattle, half clear and half pink. plastic balls inside clear section and multi shaped rings around outside of ring.
4 month old was chewing on a baby rattle in a restaurant. It was a round rattle with a clear plastic section filled with little balls. The rattle fell apart while she was chewing on it. The little balls fell out and the rattle fell into several pieces. The little balls were a choking hazard but since we were right there, we saw what had happened and took it away from her before she could choke on it.
