The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: It appears to be the FUNSPORT® PORTABLE COMPACT BABY PLAY YARD, but in a print earlier than those sold now. Unfortunately, I do not have a photograph of the model #/manufacturer information from the yard itself.

The subject was at her grandmother’s house while parents were away. Grandma fed and then burped the baby and then laid her down for a nap in her crib. She laid her on her back. When she came back approximately 30 minutes later she discovered the baby at the edge of the crib in the prone position wit her face between the mattress and the wall of the crib. There was also a blanket in close proximity to the subject.(report and photos available--photos WOULD NOT upload despite their being under the required size)
