The product, in the report: Pamo babe pack and play with bassinet

I have a pamo babe pack and play purchased New end of 2023 model number P901B. My 4 day old baby was placed in this pack and play at bassinet level there is a huge 2-3 inch gap in the mattress the baby was able to shift the mattress to one side. This is a huge safety risk for positional asphyxiation etc. we have twins and the other pack and play we have from our singleton that is Graco does not do this. I have a picture. The item was sold on Amazon. This product need to be taken off market before a baby dies.
