The caller stated that the play yard - Lullaby Lx by Chicco collapsed without anyone in it. He stated that it was bundled up in a heap on the floor. He stated that his grand child was placed in it a few months ago. Used only 2 times - without incident.
7/4/12 The manufacturer was contacted and a report filed.
The caller is concerned that this play yard is potentially harmful.
