The product, in the report: Harmony Play & Go Elite Playard
To Whom It May Concern: My name is [REDACTED]. My main job is to provide education and awareness on Infant Safe Sleep. We also distribute cribs to families in need. Please find the attached photos of the Harmony Play & Go Elite Playard. This device has a bassinet attachment that creates large gaps when attached. An infant’s head or other body parts could easily fit into the gaps as shown. Please examine this bassinet attachment. The clips are too narrow. When we attached the clips we spaced as far apart as we could to prevent gaps and they still created a large gap. We sent 200 of these play yards back to the Harmony company, because we could not, in good conscious, distribute these cribs with this obvious safety hazard. Please take a look at this product and consider a recall, if not the whole play yard, at least the bassinet attachment. Thank you very much!
