Emergency room Made Nov 2, 2013, sent to the company Dec 20, 2013, published by CPSC Nov 26, 2013
The product, in the report: Graco Baby Trend Pack n Play
I was changing the sheets on the pack n play, getting my daughter ready for bed (she sleeps in the pack n play on a mattress). She was standing on the outside of the pack n play and stuck her hand up in the corner of the pack n play, under the plastic end cap. When she pulled her hand out her fingertip was amputated. I was able to retrieve her fingertip from inside of the corner of the pack n play and my wife and I immediately took her to the emergency room for treatment.
