I just decided to sit in the playpen with my 10 month old and see a loose screw laying within his reach. After looking around for where it could have fallen from, I see MULTIPLE screws coming loose. Im so thankful to have found it before he did.

No one hurt Made Jun 26, 2024, sent to the company Jul 1, 2024, published by CPSC Jul 16, 2024
The product, in the report: Name: Baby Playpen Color: natural wood Size and dimensions: 228 inches long, 25 inches tall, and 1 inch thick This product is intended to keep babies in a safe area by containing them in a chosen space with a barrier. The product is a long fence-like product that is pre-assembled and can be adjusted into different shapes for your spaces needs or secured to walls.
My husband found a metal bolt on the floor that was from our childs play yard. We then noticed a second piece to the metal bolt, also found on the ground. These two small metal pieces could have easily been ingested by our child while she was playing in the play yard had she found them first. The product is a long fence-like product that is pre-assembled and can be adjusted into different shapes for your spaces needs and keep your child contained in a chosen area. We have our play yard set up so it splits one room in half and our child has toys on one side of the room. There were no injuries that occurred because we found the metal pieces before our child and the piece the metal bolts were securing did not come apart yet.
