  1. No one hurt

Made Dec 14, 2020, sent to the company Jan 7, 2021, published by CPSC Feb 1, 2021

The product, in the report: Baby Delight® Go With Me™ Eclipse Portable Playard in Teal/Grey Recommended for infants ages 3-24 months Perfect for indoor or outdoor play Mesh walls for better airflow and for baby to peek outside Durable nylon floor is easy to wipe down and contain messes Fabric portions can be removed and machine washed for more thorough clean up Folds and unfolds in seconds for easy storage Fits into a convenient carry bag when not in use Metal/Polyester construction Measures 49” diameter x 28” H Weighs 12.5 lb.

The babydelight play pen is a faulty item. After about a month of indoor use only for a product that states indoor/outdoor use, the product’s netting ripped in multiple places. My son’s limbs got caught in the holes and luckily i was there to see it! The company sent a new netting and a month later the locks to keep it from folding back up bent and wont lock down anymore. Again, all we have done is unfold it and fold it back up in our living room carpet. Our son is an infant so he does not even have the ability to do anything like that. There are many other people who have reviewed the product and stated the same problems.
