Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Parent Choice Diapers Size Newborn Bag 42ct

My son been whining for a few days today i went to change his diaper and he had blood when i went to clean him I found little pieces of glass on him about 4 or 5 tiny tiny pieces of glass he was screaming and had blood on his butt. Ever since he been using these diapers he would get rash i told his doctor but she said to put diaper rash cream it would go away and come back i did not think anything was wrong because in the hospital when i took him they said that happens a lot because the baby skin is so sensitive but now i see it was the diaper because i put [REDACTED] On Him and he is very well now.
