No one hurt Made Nov 28, 2023, sent to the company Dec 11, 2023, published by CPSC Dec 26, 2023
The product, in the report: Targets brand of newborn size diapers “Up&Up”
Target brandy Up&Up Newborn size diapers all have a loose elastic string about 3 inches long in the left leg crotch area that has wrapped around my sons genitalia. It just left a red mark for a while, no permanent damage but it could cut off blood flow and tighten. I went through dozens of other diapers in multiple boxes and they all have this loose string that poses a danger to children. I contacted target about it and they simply offered a refund on the diapers and didn’t seem concerned.
