The product, in the report: Lupin nappies size 5 purchased from Lidl sevenoaks Lupin wet wipes

I bought Lupin nappies and wet wipes from Lidl in sevenoaks size 5. After the first day of using them my baby had 2 red marks either side of his bottom along the line where the nappy would sit around his legs, and developed nappy rash. Over the next few days it scabbed over as I changed back to my normal brand, but continued using the wipes. I have twins and the other baby has also experienced soreness but more Where we have used the wipes. I have now switched back to my normal brand and they are starting the heal. What are the chances they both get nappy rash at the same time and what is particularly concerning are the 2 (burn mark) lines on his bottom on the nappy line?!
