The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

No incident, no one hurt Made May 15, 2026, sent to the company Jun 3, 2026, published by CPSC Jun 17, 2026
The product, in the report: Momcozy KleanPal Pro Baby Bottle Washer, sterilizer
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a serious product defect in the Momcozy KleanPal Pro Baby Bottle Washer and to respectfully request that the CPSC investigate this matter and consider initiating a recall.
NATURE OF THE DEFECT Within less than one year of normal use - at a frequency of three to four cycles per day - the internal plastic components of our unit, including the lower basket and bottle holders, have become severely brittle and have begun to fracture with minimal handling. We used only the manufacturer’s official cleaning tablets and followed all recommended maintenance procedures. We did not use the machine beyond its stated purpose, as we washed glass bottles exclusively. It appears the plastic formulation used in the internal components cannot withstand the heat generated during regular wash cycles. This is a critical design and material failure.
HEALTH RISK TO INFANTS This defect poses a significant and direct health risk. This product is marketed for and used exclusively with newborn and infant feeding equipment. The degradation and fracturing of internal plastic components creates a clear pathway for microplastics and plastic fragments to contaminate bottles and nipples that infants feed from directly. We became aware of the damage only upon a routine deep cleaning of the machine, meaning our child was unknowingly exposed for an indeterminate period. The concealed nature of this hazard makes it especially dangerous.
EVIDENCE OF A WIDESPREAD ISSUE This does not appear to be an isolated incident. Online research reveals a substantial pattern of identical complaints from other consumers across [REDACTED] and Amazon, where numerous parents report the same disintegrating plastic components. This strongly suggests a systemic manufacturing or design defect rather than isolated user error. I am happy to provide links to these threads and reviews upon request.
REQUEST FOR ACTION Given the vulnerability of the population exposed - newborns and infants - and the likelihood that many families are unaware their feeding equipment has been contaminated, I urge the CPSC to:
Open a formal investigation into the Momcozy KleanPal Pro Baby Bottle Washer. Require Momcozy to test the materials used in the internal components against applicable safety standards. Issue a recall if the investigation confirms a design or materials defect.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. The safety of infants depends on prompt action.

No one hurt Made Feb 22, 2026, sent to the company Feb 27, 2026, published by CPSC Mar 13, 2026
The product, in the report: Momcozy KleanPal Pro Baby Bottle Washer, Sterilizer & Dryer
Momcozy KleanPal Pro Baby Bottle Washer, Sterilizer & Dryer inner washer jet system started to disintegrate after 4 months of regular use. Regular use is running it once a day on the following settings : standard clean, sterilize, and storage. Washer was used with MomCozy washing tablets made for the washer. Upon inspection, bottles were covered in tiny plastics. Child consumed those tiny plastic pieces and likely injected any microplastics. I only saw the issue once I took a bottle out of the washer and the jet had broke. I touched the plastic to see why it broke and it crumbled in my hand. This issue had to of been going on for months without me noticing, exposing my infant to microplastics. I only noticed the breakage on 2/21/2026 but had been using the machine for 4 months. Who knows how long the machine was releasing microplastics onto my child’s bottles. The plastic that crumbled is like dust. It feels like sand and it was all over the bottles/nipples. I tried to photo is and attach them to their report. This is not an isolated incident. The company is aware of this issue and many parents took to Reddit to share their stories. Why hasn’t MomCozy issued a recall knowing their product is exposing infants to microplastics?
