Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No incident, no one hurt

Made Mar 27, 2024, sent to the company Apr 12, 2024, published by CPSC Apr 26, 2024

The product, in the report: 12 oz sippy cup for sublimation sold by makerflocrafts.com (There are tons of other tumblers on their site as well that they probably also havent tested this is just the specific one I asked about)

I reached out to a company asking if their sippy cup tumblers were CPSC certified and I was given the runaround and told that they had never been asked that before. I was not injured since I never bought the product. They told me they didnt know if they were compliant and that theyve been selling them for 3 years. Without knowing if they contained lead or not. Its a childrens product.
