  1. No one hurt

Made Feb 4, 2023, sent to the company Feb 7, 2023, published by CPSC Mar 1, 2023

The product, in the report: A white and natural wood finish wooden childrens walker and activity board. The rear wheels are wooden with a black 6” rubber o ring on the outer diameter. Still for sale online. The product contains no labels itself, as it’s flat packed and assembled at home I have photos I can email, they won’t upload onto the form.

WONDER & WISE Baby Activity Walker

I found my child with a loose part of this toy around her neck. A heavy duty o ring used as part of a wheel was placed around her neck as if she was playing with a necklace. This part frequently falls off during normal use and/or can be removed by a child. It is of significant strength that it could suspend the body weight of a child without breaking, and it has a small enough diameter if would have a very concentrated pressure around the neck of a suspended child. The size of this part is also large enough that it will fit over the head of nearly all of the intended users, children 1-3 years old. If the part had been snagged on numerous other household items, while around her neck, it is reasonable to assume it could have lead to a death.
