The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: I purchased a Wolfcode baby walker from Amazon. My son, who is only 7 months old, fell down a flight of stairs from the second floor while using it, sustaining a head injury with bruising and intracranial hemorrhage. He nearly died. I strongly condemn the sale of such a dangerous product on Amazon. My child almost lost his life because of this Wolfcode baby walker. The product, in the report: I bought a Wolfcode baby walker from Amazon. The color is dark gray. The purchase date was October 24, 2025. When we bought this baby walker, we did not know that it would bring life dangers, and we did not know that it had safety hazards. Moreover, my child was physically injured because of this baby walker. We dont know if there will be any sequelae. We are very angry.

My daughter was using a baby walker. It fell down the stairs and her mouth was bleeding. This baby walker had no brakes and it did not protect my daughter. It rolled down the stairs with my daughter and fell heavily on my daughter. My daughter was almost killed by this baby walker. Why is there such a safety hazard and life-threatening baby walker?

The product, in the report: This baby walker is called Wolfcode and the color is dark gray. It caused injuries to my daughter. She is only 6 months old. She is so small. The harm this baby walker can do to her is unimaginable.

My sister bought a baby walker from Amazon for my daughter. My daughter loved it, but unfortunately, the day before yesterday, she slipped off while using it, hitting her head hard on the ground. Her lip bled, she lost two teeth, and she has a bruise on her head. This product has safety hazards and needs to be recalled
