The product, in the report: Tenderleaf Toys Wooden walker toy. Model “Activity Walker” https://www.tenderleaftoys.com/products/activity-walker The above link is the exact product, with more detail than I could ever recall on my own.
We got a walker from Tenderleaf toys, and I’ve hyperlinked it at the end. This item contains a spinning mirror at the top. Unlike other pieces, this is not screwed together, but only a glue seems to have been used. Our < 1 year old child put pressure on the spinning mirror, in the middle of the item, as any reasonable person should assume would happen. This detached a small piece of wood, glued on, that held the mirror in place. This piece of wood, of which two could detach from the item, is about or less than 1/3 and inch in diameter, and poses a clear choking hazard.
This occured two days after introducing our child to the toy.
