The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Sassy Baby Doorway Jumper. Style #: 70025. Multi color.

Daughter was playing with a toy that came with the door jumper and my husband and I both heard her start to cough and she was grabbing her mouth and throat so my husband and I performed the Heimlich maneuver and found a Velcro piece that was lodged in her throat. We then examined the jumper and saw that the Velcro piece came off of one of the straps that holds the toys onto the jumper as well as another strap has a Velcro that is loose and not sewed in properly anymore.
