My 8 month old grandson fell over in this walker going over a small lip in the floor and hit his face. The brand is Quocdiog and it is sold on Amazon and other sites. It’s advertised as safe for his age and size and suitable for all terrains. It looks like it is also sold under other brand names if you search baby walkers on Amazon.

The product, in the report: Quocdiog Baby Walker,Foldable Multi-Function Anti-Rollover Activity Center Walker,Suitable for All Terrains for Babies Boys and Girls 6-18Months 9 Heights Adjustable Height (Blue)

I ordered the Quocdiog Baby Walker,Foldable Multi-Function Anti-Rollover Activity Center Walker,Suitable for All Terrains for Babies Boys and Girls 6-18Months 9 Heights Adjustable Height (Blue) from Amazon on March 5th, 2023. The same day I opened the product, my 7 in a half month old baby boy got injured in the walker. My baby ended up slipping down the seat due to the leg openings being too big and hurt his left arm under the plastic table when trying to pull him out the walker. Product was returned back to seller immediately after.

The product, in the report: Quocdiog Baby Walker, Multi-Function Activity Center Anti-Rollover Toddler Walker, Foldable Adjustable 9 Height, High Back Padded Seat-Suitable for All Terrains for Baby Boys and Girls 6-18Months(Black)

My daughter has fallen out of her Walker 2 times. I assumed the first time it was some crazy fluke because I wasn’t there to see it happen. It just happened again-the leg holes are too wide for an infant and there is not a strap. Her entire body fell through the leg hole on both occasions. After reading other reviews after the 2nd incident, several others reported the same issue with their babies.
