Hurt, no treatment Made Aug 5, 2025, sent to the company Aug 7, 2025, published by CPSC Aug 21, 2025
The product, in the report: Qizhi-Bear Infant Walkers, Baby Walker with Wheels, Activity Center with Mute Wheels Anti-Rollover, 5-Position Height Adjustable Foldable Baby Walker for Boys and Girls from 6-18 Months with Footrest. Blue and grey, 22in tall 26 wide.
My daughter got hurt. Our steps leading out of our house have a lip for our screen door to latch onto. My daughter was 8 months old using her Qizhi-Bear Infant Walkers in our living room while being supervised. The wheels of the walker went over the edge of the stairs causing my daughter to fall out of the door and down the stairs. Luckily my husband had walked up to the door in time to catch her as she was flipping upside down. As a result, she did hit her head on our stairs and ended up with a knot and bruise. She was not taken to the ER. I monitored her behavior and the knot/bruise to make sure medical treatment was not necessary. I am thankful my husband happened to walk up at the right time or it could have ended much differently.
