The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. Hurt, no treatment

The product, in the report: Previous recall press releases’ descriptions of the products:The infant walkers are collapsible with a round base, six wheel assemblies, five adjustable height settings and a black push-handle. They were sold in pink and greenwhite and black. Hazard: The infant walkers can fit through a standard doorway, fail to stop at the edge of a step and have leg openings that allow the child to slip down until the child’s head can become entrapped. [REDACTED]

My granddaughter was using an infant walker when it tipped over, causing her to fall and hit her forehead, resulting in a visible swollen bump. This walker was officially recalled by CPSC as early as 2025 due to serious safety hazards, including failure to stop at stair edges, risk of falling through doorways, and easy tipping over. Despite the recall, this dangerous product is still being sold online. I strongly request that CPSC order all retail listings of this recalled walker to be removed immediately to prevent further injuries to young children. Now Walmart, [REDACTED] are selling a large number of unsafe links.
