The product, in the report: Product Name: NVW Music and Lights Baby Walker (Foldable with 9 Adjustable Heights) Retailer: Amazon (Sold by NVW US) Order Date: February 27, 2025 Order Number: [REDACTED] Order Total: $93.83 Delivered On: March 1, 2025

Report to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)

Subject: Choking Hazard from ON/OFF Sticker on NVW Music and Lights Baby Walker

Complainant: [REDACTED] Date: 3/17/25 Product Name: NVW Music and Lights Baby Walker (Foldable with 9 Adjustable Heights) Retailer: Amazon (Sold by NVW US) Order Date: February 27, 2025 Order Number: [REDACTED] Order Total: $93.83 Delivered On: March 1, 2025

Description of Hazard: I am submitting this report regarding a dangerous choking hazard posed by the NVW Music and Lights Baby Walker, purchased from Amazon. The product includes a small ON/OFF sticker that is easily detachable and poses a serious risk to infants.

On 3/15/2025 my 8-month-old baby managed to detach and ingest this sticker without my knowledge. The sticker remained lodged in his throat for two days, despite multiple visits to the emergency room where doctors were unable to identify the issue. While waiting and attempting to feed my baby, I opened his mouth and discovered the sticker stuck to the roof of his mouth.

Additional Concern: Upon reviewing customer photos in Amazon reviews, I noticed that several other parents have unknowingly left this sticker on the walker, with their babies sitting in the product. These pictures show infants using the walker while the sticker remains attached, demonstrating that many consumers are unaware of this choking hazard.

Potential Risk: The sticker is small and removable, making it a choking hazard. It remained lodged in my babys throat undetected, increasing the risk of asphyxiation or other medical complications. Many customers have unknowingly kept the sticker on the product, exposing their babies to the same risk.

Requested Actions: 1. Immediate investigation into the safety of this product. 2. Recall or redesign recommendation to ensure the sticker is either removed or securely affixed to prevent ingestion. 3. Retailer notification (Amazon and NVW US) to warn consumers about the hazard.

Supporting Evidence: I have attached photos of the product, my order details, and the hazardous sticker to illustrate the issue. Additionally, I urge CPSC to review customer-submitted images on Amazon, which clearly show babies using the walker with the sticker still attached.

I strongly urge the CPSC to take action to prevent future incidents and protect infants from this life-threatening risk.
