First aid Made Mar 19, 2020, sent to the company Apr 16, 2020, published by CPSC Apr 30, 2020
The product, in the report: Kids&Koalas Foldable Baby Walker,Height Adjustable and Free Installation Learning Walker (Cloth Black) This is a foldable baby walker with eight wheels and a seat with adjustable height. Model number X002
Our child, who was approximately 9 months old while using this device, rolled over a door threshold from our laundry room through the door into the garage. He was able to roll through the door from the kitchen into the laundry room and from there into the garage with enough speed that he went over the threshold, partially flipped while going down the two wooden stairs and landed partially on his head and shoulder while still strapped into the walker.
He sustained injuries to his head and scrapes on his face. It was additionally very traumatic as new parents. We were getting ready to leave the house and we thought he would be safe in the walker while my wife was in the kitchen and I was getting the car ready in the garage. We found out the hard way how quickly he could move the walker and navigate it easily through the doorways which are not in a direct line. We are still haunted to this day by the sound that his head made when he landed on the concrete floor in the garage.

First aid Made Jul 10, 2018, sent to the company Jul 18, 2018, published by CPSC Aug 1, 2018
The product, in the report: Kids and Koalas walker Modal x002 Safety standard GB147 49-2006 Used as a childs walker/seat with toy tray infront of it
The legs of the walker will not lock firmly in place enough to support a child that bounces even a little. This causes the walker to collapse on the child’s leg. If the leg were In the wrong position, I could see this leading to fracture or other serious injury. As it is, the braces line up perfectly with the toddler’s legs in the front. If it is one of those that collapses, it folds into the child’s leg and creates great amounts of pain and bruising.
We initially thought it was operator error, but after making certain that we had the legs correctly set, pinned and locked, it continues to collapse.
