The product, in the report: Blue batman activity center and walker

We bought a baby walker off of Amazon 5 months ago. The label stated it was good for children up to 26lbs. My son is currently 22lbs. Last night he was in this walker when the piece that the safety lock is attached to snapped causing his walker to close on him and crush his legs beneath him. Luckily no serious injuries were sustained but it hurt him pretty bad. It took him about 15 minutes to calm down after the incident, and we were able to tell he was okay. I went onto Amazon today to review this item and found that this has happened to numerous others, one person had to take their child to the doctor with injuries. This is a serious hazard for children!
