The product, in the report: doorway jumper
While using a Graco Jump ‘n Jive (model number 1762254; date of manufacture 10/27/2012) for the first time, one of the straps pulled out of the tray. The tray was suspended by the remaining two straps, and the baby’s weight then tipped the tray. If she had not been closely monitored, the baby would have struck the floor headfirst.
