  1. No incident, no one hurt

The product, in the report: The product is a Treecute Baby Walker, designed for infants learning to stand and take assisted steps. The walker is lightweight and made primarily of plastic. It features a pink and white color scheme with a detachable activity tray on the front. The seat is padded and made of soft fabric, and the base includes multi-directional wheels intended to allow smooth movement across indoor surfaces. The walker is roughly 2426 inches wide, 2224 inches tall, and about 20 inches deep. It is meant for babies within the manufacturers recommended age and weight limits, generally around 612 months or up to roughly 25 pounds. The products purpose is to support early mobility and provide assisted standing and walking practice.

I am reporting an issue involving a Treecute baby walker. The product was being used by my infant during normal, supervised play. The walker was placed on a flat indoor surface and used according to the instructions provided.

While my child was using the walker, the frame became unstable and tilted to one side without warning. This caused my child to lose balance. Although I was nearby and able to catch my child before a full fall occurred, the sudden tilt could have caused injury. My child was startled, and there was potential for harm such as falling forward, hitting the floor, or getting a limb caught in the side of the walker if I had not intervened immediately.

The product was being used exactly as intended, indoors, on level flooring, and by a child within the recommended age and weight limits. No modifications were made to the walker.

Although no injury occurred, the incident had the potential to cause physical harm, and the instability of the product made me feel it was unsafe for continued use.
