  1. First aid

Made Jan 20, 2026, sent to the company Jan 23, 2026, published by CPSC Feb 20, 2026

The product, in the report: Baby Walker with 5 Adjustable Heights and 360 Degree Swivel Seat - Activity Center for Boys & Girls Babies 7-18 Months, Includes Music, Detachable Toys, Bounce Foot Pad

Infant walkers are able to fit through standard doorways, fail to stop at the edge of a step, and have leg openings that allow a child to slip downward until the childs head can become entrapped. While using this product, my child fell through the laundry room doorway after I was under the impression that the walker could not fit through it. The laundry room has a single step, which the walker failed to stop at, causing my child to fall headfirst onto a concrete floor. This incident demonstrates a serious design and safety hazard that presents a risk of head injury to infants.
