The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

Made Aug 13, 2026, sent to the company Aug 18, 2026, published by CPSC Sep 2, 2026

The product, in the report: I purchased and used this baby jumper, and I have serious safety concerns regarding the product. The baby jumper appears to be unstable during normal use and has fallen over more than two times. This creates a significant risk of the baby falling, being injured, or being struck by the frame. After experiencing multiple incidents where the jumper tipped or fell over, I no longer consider this product safe for my child. The repeated instability is especially concerning because a baby could be seriously injured if the product falls while the child is inside it. The recall information shown in the picture also identifies fall and impact hazards associated with this product. Based on my experience, I believe this product presents a serious safety risk and should not be used until the issue is addressed.

The product, in the report: Visit the Store, G TALECO GEAR G TALECO GEAR Visit the Store 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (363) 2 in 1 Baby Jumper with Swing - Indoor and Outdoor Use, Baby Jumpers and Bouncers, Toddler Swing with Foldable StandBlack

Product: 2-in-1 Baby Jumper with Swing (indoor and outdoor use)

Incident Description: My 7.5-month-old son was using this jumper/swing product as intended when a metal bar suddenly snapped during normal use. The broken metal bar struck him on the top of the head and caused him to fall to the hard floor below.

The product was being used according to its intended purpose, and there were no signs that it was damaged before the incident. After the metal component failed, my child sustained a red mark on his head. Fortunately, he appears to be acting normally at this time, but the incident created a serious risk of significant injury.

I am reporting this incident because a structural metal component should not fail during normal use, especially in a product designed for infants. I have retained the product and documented the damage and injury with photographs.

    Injury Information:

    * Child: 7.5 months old * Injury: Red mark on top of head after being struck by broken metal bar and falling to floor
