The product, in the report: EvenFlo ExerSaucer Jump and Learn Stationary Jumper, Jam Session Product Model Number: 61731199 Plastic Teether toy caused injury
This jumper injured a 5month old baby. It has teether pieces attached to the jumper for babies to chew on. As she was chewing on it, the edge of the teether cut her gums, leading to bleeding in the mouth. There are 2 similar teethers on the product that are dangerous for babies to chew and play with as the material is too sharp.

The product, in the report: Jenny Jump up. Main colors are brown and pink.
My 8 month old daughter was in the Jenny jump up which was secured in the doorway. I was standing there watching her and the strap gave way and busted and she fell to the floor. Luckily, she only had a scratch on her head and was more scared than anything. I am very displeased with this product and would hate to have it happen to any other baby. It was very traumatic for my boyfriend and I seeing our baby so scared and traumatized herself. She was lucky enough to have fallen towards the carpeted hallway instead of the other direction onto hard tile flooring.

First aid Made Jul 31, 2014, sent to the company Aug 8, 2014, published by CPSC Aug 22, 2014
The product, in the report: Evenflo Johnny Jump Up that is grey and green with the words “UP” on it, smiley faces, springs, bunnies, and kangaroos.
My son was jumping in his Johnny Jump Up for about 5-10 minutes when he screamed in pain. I was in the room with him, and when I looked over there was blood all over one side of the jump up. After investigating, I see that the [fastener] from one side of the jumper had scratched up his arm and caused lacerations along his arm as well as cuts within the elbow fold causing him to bleed.
I contacted evenflo and they only seemed interested in confiscating the product and issuing me a refund. I have attached the picture evidence and feel there is a need for a recall as babies shouldn’t be subjected to needless injury.

The product, in the report: Evenflo Jenny Jump Up (baby jumper)
Evenflo Jenny Jump Up (baby bouncer)
I assembled this and placed a baby in it. The straps did not hold and the baby fell out and hit her head on the floor; we caught her just as she was falling (barely bumped her head as she was caught). The straps do not have a permanet fixture to the seat. This product is unsafe and you need to pull these off the market immediately.
UPDATE TO RECORD: I made an error in the assembly and over reacted when the straps did not hold.
