The product, in the report: Baby walker with toy attachments on the attached tray
The consumer’s 12 months old granddaughter was in her walker, when one of the hard plastic toy attachments separated from the walker’s tray. The consumer noticed it and quickly removed the part from the child’s hand.
The small plastic parts are attached to a metal bar and when they separate the individual halves are choking hazards.
There were no injuries.
The consumer plans to contact the retailer and ask for a refund.
