The product, in the report: E & I, Inc Bungee Baby Bouncer, purple bodice, [fastener] and clasp security, black straps, purple and black bungee cord
My son was bouncing in the doorway, in the E & I, Inc’s purple Baby Bungee Bouncer, as directed in instructions. He was secured in the proper fashion, and the device was suspended in the proper method. He was approx 6 months old and loved the bouncer. While I was standing near him and watching him bounce, the black loops at the top of the straps that slide over the wooden bar slipped off and my baby went flying across the room, landing approximately 6-7 feet away from the doorway. I called the company and spoke to a lady. I never heard back from anyone.
