The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. First aid

Made Jun 6, 2026, sent to the company Jun 10, 2026, published by CPSC Jun 26, 2026

The product, in the report: It is a Disney baby walker rated for up to 30 lbs. It has a red base, white tray, and interactive toys attached to the tray. These include Mickey mouse, a few mirrors, and a lighted buzzer.

I placed my 17 lb grandson in his Disney baby walker and within 5 minutes of use, the plastic hooks broke and he slipped through the entire walker. He fell face first into the plastic base and cut his head. A little deeper cut would have required stitches. My wife and I took multiple pictures and will consider legal action. He has tetralogy of fallot and has had a series of operations. The last thing parents and grandparents should have to worry about is their little ones being in harms way while sitting in a walker.

The product, in the report: Disney baby, Safety 1st, Music & Lights Walker. Model # WA030.

While using the DIsney baby Safety 1st, Music and Lights Walker (Model WA030) my child’s fingers were injured. As per instructions I had to swing the activity tray back to the closed position. As a result, the child’s fingers were caught between the activity tray and main tray. There are no warnings in the user guide that a child’s fingers can get caught between the activity tray and the main tray and cause injuries to the child’s fingers. Moreover, while the fingers are crushed between trays it is very difficult to unlock the activity tray. The problem appears that there is insufficient space between trays to prevent crushing a child’s fingers. The problem is compounded by requiring the use of two hands by the s in order to lock or unlock the activity tray. This product is distributed by Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc., (800-544-1108) and purchased at Kmart.
