  1. No one hurt

Made Oct 5, 2025, sent to the company Oct 24, 2025, published by CPSC Nov 26, 2025

The product, in the report: It is a wooden baby walker, painted in pink, contains a variety of little toys attached to it to play with, it has a push handle and 4 wheels for pushing. The name of the product on Amazon is listed as CUTE STONE Wooden Baby Walker, Montessori-Style Push Walker with Activity Center, Adjustable Height, Push Toys for Toddler Development, First Birthday Gift for Kids Pink. It is sold by Cute Stone on Amazon. The Amazon ASIN is B0F1CWNS58 and the model is CS-MZXBC. The product dimensions are 14.2 x 14.2 x 18.1 inches and it weighs 6.69 pounds.

The issue is with the Cute Stone Wooden Baby Walker Montessori-Style Push Walker with Activity Center that’s sold by Cute Stone on Amazon. The wheels do not securely attached to the frame. They slowly begin to loosen as they spin until they eventually fall off. This is a design flaw and extremely dangerous for a baby to be using. If they are pushing this and leaning their weight on it and the wheels fall off, then they can fall and really injure themselves. This product really needs to be recalled by the manufacturer and have the issue addressed. I got this as a gift for my nephew and noticed that the wheels were rather loose and didn’t seem to tighten. I walked with him when he first started to push this around in case the wheels would come off. Sure enough the wheels did indeed come off and he started to fall, but I caught him and avoided him from being injured. Others have expressed concerns over this issue with their reviews.
