The product, in the report: Cosco Kids Twirl-and-Bounce Activity Center, Forest Friends

My 7 month old baby was in the cosco kids jumper. She banged the back of her head on the hard plastic bunny attachment and the saw blade looking attachment caused bruising on her wrist after repeated jumping because her hand kept hitting it so I removed the plastic attachment . Her other arm kept getting caught on the sliding abacus style attachment . I didn’t see injury on that arm but she hard time getting her arm out by herself

The product, in the report: Baby walker

Several reports have been made on Cosco Simple Steps Walker, Choose Your Character. There has been mold found inside one of the toys on the walker containing paper material inside. Most likely from babies teething and saliva getting into the toy (rattle). This is very dangerous, and I health risk for babies. I purchased my childs walker from Walmart.

The product, in the report: Cosco brand baby walker, Seaside print (dark blue background with green whales), removable dishwasher safe toys.

I bought a seaside infant walker from Cosco for my son. He is 17 pounds, the weight limit of the walker is 30 lbs. I placed him in the walker at the height recommended in the walker instruction booklet, with his feet just touching the floor but not flat. While in the walker next to me, I looked away for a just a moment to help my 3-year-old daughter get down from the dinner table and my son fell face forward out of the walker and hit his head on the hardwood floor. After checking to see that he was not injured other than a bump on the head, I put him back in the walker to see what happened and saw that he was putting his foot up on the support bar that crosses in an “x” shape on the side of the walker, and he had used that to push himself out.

The product, in the report: COSCO Beep Beep Beep Walker

My son was in the COSCO Beep Beep Beep walker and it needed to be lowered. I should have removed him from the walker before lowering it, but I didn’t. I have seen my husband (who is much stronger than me) move it up or down with our son it it, so I didn’t think anything about it. When pushed the red button to lower the walker so my son’s feet could touch the ground, both of my thumbs were pulled into the section that lowers the part the baby sits in. There was no one home, and with BOTH of my thumbs stuck, and the weight of my son bearing down on my stuck thumbs, there was absolutely nothing that I could do. Each time the seat part would lower more my thumbs would pull further into the part. I was completely stuck, I was crying and my son was crying, so finally after being stuck for about 2 whole minutes I turned the walker sideways so my son fell out and I got my thumbs free. It was a terrifying experience and my left thumb is still completely numb. I have no feeling at all in it.

I understand that this is my fault since I left my son in the walker while I was trying to lower it, but I thought the manufacturer should know that this could happen. Thank you!
