The product, in the report: I purchased this dark gray item on Amazon to help my daughter learn to walk faster. This turned out to be a truly terrifying shopping experience. My daughter sustained a serious head injury and nearly got a concussion.
I bought this product last month, planning to take my daughter on vacation with it this month. Id hoped to watch her use the walker while we were away. I was initially drawn to its appearance, but what happened over the past month is something I’ll never forget it was absolutely terrifying. The walker rolled right down the stairs with my daughter inside, and I couldnt stop it in time. I saw clearly that there was no brake working on the stairs. The supposed brakes on this baby walker are fake, and the so-called anti-slip pads are completely useless. They provide zero stopping power. My young daughter fell all the way from the second floor. Her head slammed hard against the wall, leaving a deep dent and severe bruising. I was petrified. My husband and I rushed her to the hospital right away. Im utterly confused. The photos and videos on the sellers product page clearly show it has functional brakes and stopping features, yet it just tumbled down the stairs. How could this baby walker fail to perform its most basic safety function? This product hurt my baby! The seller falsely advertised the walkers features, and this is blatant fraud! This product is extremely dangerous to use. We definitely wont be bringing it on our trip anymore. Im terrified this baby walker will put my daughters life at risk again during our vacation. This whole experience has been horrifying.

The product, in the report: This time, I purchased a dark gray baby walker for my nephew on Amazon. The brand is CiuseiAnx. It has a square design and features a toy frame with yellow stars.
I bought a baby walker for my sisters child on Amazon. Id come across some nice baby walkers on [REDACTED] before, and my nephew was old enough to use one. So I placed an order on Amazon. But it ended up being a terrible mistake. What happened is something I will never forget, and I feel extremely guilty. As my nephew was using the walker near the stairwell, he leaned forward. The walker rolled right over the edge, sending him falling all the way from the second floor to the first. His scalp was cut open by the sharp part of the stairs and started bleeding, plus he had a large bruise. Worst of all, he sustained severe intracranial hemorrhage. My sister rushed him to the hospital right away, and luckily, he survived. This product is extremely dangerous

The product, in the report: The brand name of the product I purchased is CiuseiAnx. This baby walker is made of plastic. The color of the baby walker I bought is black. I bought this walker as a gift for my 6-month-old grandson, hoping it would help him learn to walk faster. I never expected that he would nearly suffocate to death after getting tangled in the seat cushion.
My grandson is turning six months old soon. I picked out a lovely gift for his baby shower and specially bought a baby walker for him. I hoped it would help him learn to walk safely and healthily. At first, he really liked the walker, but it tips over extremely easily during use. It keeps tipping sideways all the time, and Im deeply concerned about its poor quality. I spent quite a bit of money on it, yet it feels like a shoddy, low-quality product. This past Thursday, my grandson slipped out of the walker while using it. The seat cushion wrapped tightly around his head and neck, trapping him so he couldnt get free. It cut off his ability to make any sound too. Luckily, my son was nearby, heard the commotion and rushed over to rescue him. If no one had noticed what was happening, my grandson could have suffocated to death right at home because of this dangerous walker. The thought of him slipping out and getting entangled in the cushion is absolutely terrifying. I truly regret buying such a hazardous product.

I didnt expect that something like this would happen. She almost lost her life. It was so scary. The brand name is CiuseiAnx. The color is dark gray with yellow stars.
I bought a baby walker for my sister’s daughter from Amazon. She called me a couple of days ago, saying the walker almost killed her daughter. I was shocked and felt incredibly guilty. I asked her what happened. My sister said her daughter initially used it normally, walking around the room, but when they got to the stairs, the walker went out of control and failed to stop. My niece, along with the walker, fell from the second floor to the first. My niece had blood all over her mouth, which terrified my sister. She rushed her to the hospital, where she was found to have a severe head bruise and intracranial hemorrhage. If they had arrived at the hospital any later, I think my niece would have died from this product. It’s terrifying. I feel so guilty for buying this baby walker for my sister it almost cost my niece her life.

The product, in the report: I bought this on Amazon. The brand is called CiuseiAnx, and its a baby walker designed for children aged 6 to 18 months. Since I personally prefer white I think it looks clean I purchased the white CiuseiAnx baby walker from Amazon at the time. CiuseiAnx claims to keep my child safe, but it caused my child to slip out of the walker and get injured, and it gave my child a terrible scare. I dont know what might happen to my child in the future if I continue using this product, and I am very angry.
This is terrible. I bought a baby walker on Amazon a while back, and while my son was using it, he fell out. He slipped right out from under me, hit the floor hard, and started crying hysterically. This is way too dangerous. Why did the seat allow my son to slip out? Plus, his body shifted to the side, and the walker almost tipped over. It really scared me.

If I hadnt been there that day, I think my child would have died. It’s too late for regrets nowit was truly a terrible experience. The brand of the walker I bought is called CiuseiAnx. I dont even dare to think about it now it’s too terrifying. I bought the gray version of this walker, which came with a star shaped toy bar. It’s so dangerous. This was a really terrible shopping experience.
I have a son who will be six months old soon. Last Saturday, our family was on holiday at home. My son was in our newly bought baby walker, and I wanted to help him learn to walk. Since the walker can be pushed upright without the seat, I wanted to let go of his hands so he could learn to walk quickly. But shortly after I let go, my poor son, pushing the walker along the edge of the stairs, suddenly it tipped over, and my son tumbled down the stairs to the middle of the first floor, hitting his head hard on the stairs with a loud thud. When I picked him up, I found a large dent in the back of his head, and he was crying loudly in pain. I was terrified when he fell from the second floor with the walker. It was so dangerous! Why didn’t this walker protect my child? It seemed safe, but it was actually full of serious dangers. If I hadn’t been there, would my baby have died from the hard impact? I can’t even imagine how terrible that would have been.

My son was sitting in our newly bought baby walker in front of me when it tumbled down the stairs from the second floor to the first. He cried loudly. I ran down from the second floor to the first floor and found that my son had a cut on his lip and was bleeding a lot. He was crying loudly again. I watched him slide down the stairs, and I didn’t have time to grab him. The walker was advertised as protecting my child, but it actually caused him to fall down the stairs, and his head hit the floor hard. On the stairs, my son’s mouth was cut by the sharp edge, his lip was slashed. I was furious. I contacted CiuseiAnx customer service, the brand of the baby walker I bought, but they coldly ignored my grievances. I felt disrespected. How could such a poorly made product exist? It almost cost my son his life. He’s so young. I need an explanation for why such a substandard product exists, one that doesn’t protect my son as CiuseiAnx claims. I’ve been deceived.

I recommended it to a friend because it was very cheap, and I was attracted by the price, thinking it was great value. I never imagined it wouldn’t protect my child as advertised it’s a complete scam! This terrible material has put my baby in mortal danger. I can’t imagine what terrible things might happen if I continue using it.
I bought a CiuseiAnx baby walker on Amazon so my son could learn to walk more easily. I wanted it to free my hands and give me less energy, mainly so my son [REDACTED] could learn and enjoy himself. Then, on May 2nd, he slipped off the walker seat and hit his head, crying loudly. I initially thought it was a minor accident and didn’t pay much attention. Then, on May 7th, the CiuseiAnx walker, carrying my baby, fell down the second-floor stairs. It didn’t have any brakes or stop mechanisms. I tried to stop him, but it was too late. I watched as he tumbled out of the walker, his head hitting the wall hard, leaving a large bruise on the back of his head. That’s when I realized it was serious. I am writing this email to convey the seriousness of this matter. We must also emphasize that the safety and health of infants and toddlers in the United States are of paramount importance. Infants and toddlers are the future of America, carrying the hopes of the next generation. There are currently numerous infant and toddler products on the market with safety defects that could lead to serious injury or even death for infants. This is an extremely serious problem. I want to report that there are numerous products with safety defects in Amazon’s “Baby Walkers” category that violate mandatory safety standards for baby walkers. These products could cause serious injury or even death due to falls and pinching. These baby walkers can pass through standard doorways but cannot stop at the edge of steps. This type of walker poses a serious safety hazard and could lead to death. The round baby walkers currently sold on Amazon are similar in appearance and function to the models recalled on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) website. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a recall notice on April 9, 2026, with recall number [REDACTED]. Recall website: [REDACTED],I purchased a baby walker from Amazon.com on April 18, 2026. I subsequently sent the product to a safety testing lab for testing. We found that the product failed to meet U.S. safety standards. Of course, I trust your testing is more professional and authoritative. Next,I am reporting that this baby walker is unsafe, of poor quality, and still being sold. These products pose a serious risk to infants, and their use could easily cause injury or even death, endangering their lives and health. The brake pads of these baby walkers contain lead exceeding the lead limits for children’s products set by the Federal Hazardous Substances Act. This highly toxic lead, if ingested by a young child, can cause poisoning and even death.
