The product, in the report: Baby Einstein Dive and Discover 3-in-1 Submarine Baby Walker
We use the Baby Einstein Dive and Discover 3 in 1 submarine walker. Its weight limit is 26lbs. My son weighs a little less than 19 lbs. Today while he was in it, 3 of the legs on the walker came unattached and the walker went down and forward (baby face down) he did slightly hit his head on the concrete, but thankfully he caught himself with his hands at the same time or this could have been worse. Red spot on forehead in picture was where he hit.

The product, in the report: Baby Einstein Walker Dive and Discover 3 in 1 Submarine Walker
The Baby Einstein Dive and Discover has the metal knows at the bottom with wheels to move around gets snapped out which had caused my baby boy to fall twice out of the walker.
My 14 month old baby boy had loved using the walker for months now and widely uses it to explore around the house. Few weeks ago, he fell out of the walker with the left bottom metal rod knob of the walker found snapped out which I initially thought maybe he hit somewhere and happened. But I started noticing the metal rod coming out of place quite often after. And lastly on 3/25, I had him on the walker for a few minutes during immediately both the bottom metal knobs were out of place, snapped out when in motion and toppled over to the floor. Fortunately he balanced himself with his hands to the floor instead of hitting his head heavy on the floor and I immediately removed him from the walker. I have picture proof for my statement and pls provide a place to upload the same. This item is super defective and should definitely be recalled with no delay.

Emergency room Made Dec 15, 2025, sent to the company Dec 18, 2025, published by CPSC Jan 14, 2026
The product, in the report: Baby Einstein Ocean Explorers Dive & Discover 3-in-1 Submarine Walker, with Removable Floor-Toy, Ages 6 Months and Up
On November 17, 2025, my 8-month-old son fell out of this walker. He sustained a nosebleed, bruising, and swelling on his forehead, and I immediately took him to the hospital, where he received a CT scan. The following day, I took him for a doctor follow-up.
I reported the incident to the company on November 18, 2025, providing photos, the model number, and other requested information. I explicitly refused to allow them to pick up the walker, as it was the only piece of evidence I had. They offered to send a gift, which I declined.
The company then stopped following up, and after multiple attempts to contact them, they admitted they had lost all my information. I resent all documentation including medical records, photos, billing statements, and video evidence on December 10, 2025.
As of December 15, 2025, I have received no response regarding the safety of the product. Additionally: [REDACTED] attempted to pick up the walker last week without my consent; I told them to leave. Today, I received a gift from the company, which I had already declined.
The companys continued lack of response and disregard for my childs safety is extremely concerning and indicates this walker may pose a serious risk to other children.
Injuries / Impact: Nosebleed, bruising, and swelling on forehead Medical evaluation included CT scan and follow-up doctor visit Emotional distress for both my child and family

The product, in the report: A baby bouncer with circular metal piping base, suspended from three pillars extending from base
8 month old was jumping in the “Baby Einstein” brand “Neptune’s Ocean Discovery Jumper.” Both parents present and monitoring. It suddenly flipped forward, driving his face and head into the floor, and trapping him on his face. Product frame appears sturdy and metal base is heavy—however all that energy transferred upside down onto baby’s neck/head. I was able to remove him and he somehow sustained only minor injuries. I went and looked at reviews for product, and many parents reporting wide range of severe injury due to the same cause. There is a significant risk of death due to blunt force of falls, or asphyxiation if parent is not present to free child. I attempted to contact company by phone but they are unavailable at this time. Trying to prevent this from happening to someone else.

The product, in the report: BAby wins musical activity jumper
Twice my 7 month old son has been injured in this piece of crap toy. I bought it in November. He begins to jump in the jumper like he is supposed to do on our flat level floor. Then the whole jumper flips over crushing my baby boy in the process making him smash his head and crunch his whole body up under that huge pile of junk. He’s gotten bruises, lumps, red marks all over his head face and body. It happened today and 2 weeks ago.

The product, in the report: Baby Einstein Musical Motion Jumper
I have an [REDACTED that was purchased in 2015 that I heard has been recalled and wanted to inquire about that process. I purchased it at ToysRUs in Michigan and unfortunately, they are closed. I also have a Baby Einstein Musical Motion Jumper (SKU 90564) that was purchased in late 2014 that has the sun insert. I heard of this recall as well and would like to know next steps. My daughter when using it a few times had incidents in which it came back in her face but I was not aware there was a recall. I have a 7-month-old now that uses both these products - hence why I am reaching out now. Thank you!

The product, in the report: Baby Einstein Sea & Explore Walker
I received the Baby Einstein Sea & Explore Walker for my baby shower. My child has been using the walker for about 2-3 months now (he is 9 months old). There have been several incidents where he has hit his mouth on the steering wheel. It is hard and located right in front of the child’s face. He did not sustain any serious injuries from hitting his face on it. On one occasion he had a fat lip and two other times he just cried after hitting it. I have since removed the steering wheel from the walker.
